  • 8 Ounces White Mushrooms Whole.
  • 1 Zuchinni Cut into thick rounds.
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • FOR THE MARINADE
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 Tbl Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbl Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

Equipment

  • 1 Grill Gas or charcoal. I prefer gas for its ease of use.
  • 6 Skewers

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Add beef cubes and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients for color and even cooking.
  3. Preheat grill to 425–450°F (medium-high heat). Clean and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Place skewers directly over medium-high heat. Grill for 10–14 minutes total, turning every 2–3 minutes.
  5. When done, Remove kabobs from grill.Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, reserve ¼ cup of the marinade before adding the raw beef and brush it lightly on the kabobs during the last few minutes of grilling. This creates a beautiful glaze and enhances the smoky grilled flavor.
