Mr. Sam’s Salsa

Mr. Sam’s Salsa isn’t just a condiment, it’s an experience. First it is packed with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Thereby creating the perfect balance of heat and zest. Secondly, this salsa is for those who appreciate authentic, homemade taste in every scoop. Whether you’re dipping crispy tortilla chips or adding a spoonful to your favorite dish, Mr. Sam’s Salsa brings life to every bite.
At the heart of this signature salsa, I blend tomatoes, crisp onions, fiery jalapeños, and aromatic cilantro. I properly chopped to create a chunky texture. A splash of fresh lime juice and a hint of garlic and spices enhance the natural flavors. It delivers a bright, tangy, and slightly smoky finish. Every batch is crafted with care, thereby ensuring the perfect harmony of spice and freshness.
What makes Mr. Sam’s Salsa truly stands out is its versatility. It has medium heat, not to hot and not to mild. It pairs beautifully with tacos, grilled meats, eggs, nachos, and even spooned over salads or rice bowls for an extra burst of flavor.
Made with real ingredients Mr. Sam’s Salsa is the go-to choice for salsa lovers who crave something more than just store-bought alternatives. It’s not just a dip, it’s a celebration of fresh, bold taste in every jar.
So, whether you’re hosting a party, preparing a family dinner, or just snacking solo, grab a bowl of Mr. Sam’s Salsa and let the flavors do the talking. One bite, and you’ll see why this salsa will become a favorite in kitchens.

Method
- Mix the tomatoes, lime juice, orange juice, Ro-Tel, liquid smoke, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl and mix together.
- Place the next nine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended, You don't want them pureed. They should retain some chunkiness so as not to be watery. However, you don't want them to be too chunky.
- Mix the last nine ingredients after the food processing with the initial ten ingredients in the mixing bowl. Mix together thoroughly until well combined.
- Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 days to allow the flavors to meld together. Enjoy.
I love Salsa. Sounds wonderful
At first glance, I thought, “Too many ingredients for me!” But, upon reflection, I compared this recipe in cost, time, and taste (especially taste) to the container of salsa we usually buy at Heinen’s, Their prices have skyrocketed, not unlike all grocery stores. Plus, this way, I get to say, “We made the salsa ourselves!” Thanks Mr. Sam & Miss Becky!
I have tasted his salsa, and it is the best.I’ve ever had. I’m glad to have the recipe to make it.
