Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers

Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers are a game-changer for anyone craving a hearty, nutritious, and delicious meal with minimal effort. These vibrant bell peppers are packed with a savory filling of seasoned ground meat, rice, and melted cheese. They cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a slightly crispy, caramelized exterior and a tender, juicy bite inside.
What makes air fryer stuffed peppers stand out? Speed and convenience. Traditional stuffed peppers require a long bake time. The air fryer cuts it down dramatically while still delivering incredible flavor. The circulating hot air ensures that the peppers cook evenly, thereby creating a golden, slightly charred top while keeping the inside moist and flavorful.
The filling can be customized to fit your tastes. A classic version includes ground beef or turkey, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic, onions, and spices for a rich and comforting flavor. Want a low-carb option? Swap the rice for cauliflower rice. Prefer a vegetarian version? Go for a mix of black beans, quinoa, and veggies for a hearty and satisfying alternative.
Topped with gooey melted cheese and a sprinkle of fresh herbs, these air fryer stuffed peppers make a fantastic weeknight dinner. They are a meal prep favorite, or even a party appetizer. Serve them as-is or with a side of sour cream, salsa, or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra kick.
With a perfect balance of texture, flavor, and convenience, air fryer stuffed peppers are proof that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring. In just a fraction of the time, you can enjoy a wholesome, delicious meal that’s as beautiful as it is tasty. Try them once, and they’ll quickly become a household favorite!
