Method
- Cook rice per directions on the package and set aside.
- Warm up a medium sized skillet with the ground beef and cook until well done.
- Drain the beef and return to the pan.
- Add in olive oil, green onions, parsley, olives, sage, and garlic salt, Cook until fully mixed together. About 10 minutes.
- Add in the cooked rice and marinara, mix well.
- Cut the top off of each pepper and clean the seeds out. Reserve the top.
- Scoop the mixture into each of the peppers and place in the basket of the air fryer. You may have to do this in batches of three.
- Preheat air fryer at 355F. Add the peppers and cook at 355F for 12 minutes.
- Carefully open the air fryer and add the cheese to the top of the peppers. Place top on pepper gently on top and cook for another 12 minutes. Enjoy.
