Method
- Sauté onion, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, mushrooms, and celery in 1/2 of the melted butter in a saucepan.
- Cook the rice per directions.
- Add tomatoes and pimientos.
- Add 1/2 of the bread, soup, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and crabmeat, and spices. Blend well.
- Add the cream cheese and blend together thoroughly.
- Add the rice and onion tops.
- Spoon into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Top with the remaining breadcrumbs and remaining melted butter.
- Cover everything with the cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
