Sauté onion, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, mushrooms, and celery in 1/2 of the melted butter in a saucepan.
Cook the rice per directions.
Add tomatoes and pimientos.
Add 1/2 of the bread, soup, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and crabmeat, and spices. Blend well.
Add the cream cheese and blend together thoroughly.
Add the rice and onion tops.
Spoon into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with the remaining breadcrumbs and remaining melted butter.
Cover everything with the cheddar cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
