Method
- To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified. Set aside.
- Place the greens in a large salad bowl or platter. Arrange the pear slices evenly over the greens.
- Scatter the Brie pieces, and candied walnuts over the salad.
- Just before serving, drizzle the dressing lightly over the salad. Toss gently or leave arranged for a composed presentation.
Notes
Cranberries or other dried fruits can also be added to this salad to enhance it even further.
