Ingredients
  

  • 4 Lbs Beef Chuck Roast Boneless
  • 1 Packet Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 Packet Brown Gravy Mix
  • 10 Pepperocinis
  • 1/2 Cup Pepperoncini Juice
  • 8 Ounces Mushrooms Sliced and Optional.
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil

  • 1 Slow Cooker or Crock Pot

Method
 

  1. Brown roast in a pan over medium-high heat in the olive oil, about 5 minutes per side.
  2. Place roast in the bottom of a slow cooker and add pepperoncini juice.
  3. Sprinkle with ranch mix and gravy mix.
  4. Add peppers and sliced butter to the top of the slow cooker, and mushrooms if using.
  5. Cook on low 8-10 hours or until fork tender.
