Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ounces Bourbon Whiskey Several good quality bourbons are available any of which are good.
  • 3/4 Ounce Sweet Vermouth I prefer Noilly Prat. It is a French vermouth, and I have toured the distillery.
  • 4 Dashes Bitters I prefer black walnut bitters but angostura is also very good.
  • 2 Maraschino Cherries Garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill a rocks glass halfway with ice.

  2. Add bourbon and vermouth.

  3. Add bitters and stir. Then garnish with the cherries and enjoy.
