Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 Cups Chicken Cooked and diced.
  • 1/2 Cup Apples Diced.
  • 2 Stalks Celery Diced.
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts Chopped. Pecans work also.
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste.

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.

Notes

Measure your apples carefully. It is the main source of carbs in this dish.
