- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Combine turkey, peas, 1/2 cup cheese, onions, lemon juice, seasonings, and mayonnaise. Mix lightly.
- Place in a baking dish and top with the tomato slices.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and combine remaining cheese and potato chips and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
